When we nurture our connection to the earth, stretch our bodies and our awareness, we allow the soul to come into full bloom

Sunflower Yoga & Mindfulness is a small, intimate studio in the hilltowns of western Massachusetts.  We offer private and small group instruction in yoga, mindfulness and the contemplative arts all rooted in the principles of ecopsychology.  We also offer private, mindfulness-based coaching for individuals, couples, teens, and parents.

Our approach to yoga, mindfulness & coaching is trauma-informed and grounded in a deep respect for the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and trust in the body wisdom of each of our students.

At Sunflower Yoga, we aim to meet each individual where they are and help them to discover a path toward greater mind-body-earth connection.  We strive to offer compassionate and affordable instruction to the communities of Western Massachusetts and online.

Sunflower Yoga and Mindfulness is the culmination of my life's work and training.  Throughout my life, threads of deep human connections and a lived sense of interdependence with the natural world have shaped my life and career.  I enjoy working with adults, teens, couples and groups and watching the transformation that can occur when those interactions are rooted in compassion, trust and presence.
