When we nurture our connection to the earth, stretch our bodies and our awareness, we allow the soul to bloom

Our mission

To meet individuals where they are and to help them discover a path toward greater mind-body-earth connection.  We strive to offer compassionate, affordable instruction to the communities of Western Massachusetts.

Stacey Mackowiak is a registered yoga teacher and yoga therapist who has been teaching yoga since 2002. Stacey holds a M.A. in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University.

Stacey's approach to yoga and mindfulness is grounded in her deep respect for the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and her trust in the body wisdom of each of her students.  Stacey meets each student where they are and guides them to deepen their own mind-body connection.
Stacey also holds a degree in Education from Northern Arizona University and has over 20 years of experience working with children and teens as a classroom teacher,
trail crew leader, naturalist, and yoga teacher.
She is a mother of three young children.  As a trained MotherWoman facilitator, supporting mothers is a passion of hers.  Stacey has worked with mothers to physically regain their strength after pregnancy and childbirth as well as to find ways to bring mindfulness into the parenting journey. Stacey writes about her own journey with mindfulness and parenting here.
