We often live hurried and distracted lives and often we wear our ability to multi-task as a badge of honor.  But this way of life often leads us to feeling burnt-out and stressed.  Chronic stress has both short and long-term impacts on our overall health.  Mindfulness training helps us to see that there is another way to live and experience our lives.  By training our attention, we find ourselves opening up to the many possibilities that exist within any moment.  Mindfulness is an invitation to live our lives in the fullest, most heart-centered way.

Monthly Community Meditation

We meet as a community once a month to sit in meditation.  We sit for 20-30 min and discuss a reading as it pertains to our personal practice.

Community sits are open to all and run by donation.
