    A free monthly practice group for parents offered in partnership with It Takes A Village. Together, we share the joys and challenges of parenting through the lens of mindfulness. Wednesday, 6:45-8:00pm at the Village Church in Cummington. Childcare provided.

    Solstice Yoga Mala
    A powerful ritual of 108 sun salutations to welcome the lights return at the winter solstice. All levels of practice are welcome, offered by donation. Wednesday evening 6-8pm, the Village Church in Cummington.

    The Buddha described the path for awakening in a direct and practical way, laying out a path of practice to attain awakening from the cycle of suffering that is part of our human inheritance. ​ Mondays 6:00-7:15 $110

    Creative Journaling
    A weekly journaling and practice group. We will sit in meditation and using a prompt, journal using a mix of mediums. Creative journaling is a fun and effective tool for self-discovery. All levels welcome. By donation. Fridays in Feb & March 10:30-11:30
